Partners of our firm on the list of roll of arbitrators of the new Commercial Court of Arbitration

On 1 January 2018, a new Act on Arbitration entered into force in Hungary. The new act established a new permanent court of arbitration, the Commercial Court or Arbitration, which will have the competence to act in matters falling within the field of money and capital market. We are proud to announce that four of our partners are listed in the roll of arbitrators. Richard Mosonyi, Erika Tomori and Dániel Szabó are listed in the Money and Capital Market Section, and Péter Gárdos is listed in both the General and the Money and Capital Market Section.
